INDUSTRIAL DIVISION
This branch of the business studies and produces anti-vibration mountings and noise-proof panels to isolate vibrations and noise generated by machinery.
We can isolate any type of machine or plant, adapting solutions to meet all needs.
This Division offers solutions for all sectors: die forming, hot-pressing, forging, plastics molding, ventilation, air-conditioning, energy, chemical-pharmaceutical, petroleum, textiles….
We use sophisticated dynamics and structural calculation software which simulates the conditions the vibration dampers will work in and the behaviour of the machinery studied.
NAVAL – RAILWAY DIVISION
This sector mainly deals with problems related to the isolation of plants or machinery assembled onboard ships or trains.
We decided to set up an ad hoc structure for these sectors because our clients increasingly demand an all-round service. In this way we can offer complete supply packages of components needed by the plants and, for railways, design or simply manufacture special or ad hoc components.
Our know-how allows us to supply all types of suspensions (standard and shock-proof) for naval machinery and components to isolate the exhaust gas discharge lines: rubber and steel, fixed and mobile vibration dampers, bridge crossings for pipes, sealing cones for bridge crossings both fixed and with insulated flange….
SEISMIC RISK PROTECTION DIVISION
This sector possesses and oversees the know-how on active and passive isolation of shocks.
Protection against vibrations and shocks for plants, equipment and buildings, especially if strategic.
We offer clients a complete service through this division: from the isolation of servers or control boards disturbed by production departments to the earthquake-proof design of buildings including the design and production of seismic isolators.
The experts in this Division can design suitable protection of: sensitive equipment, strategic plants, statues and monuments of great value, notice boards or showcases in museums, complete buildings or parts of them, flooring….
Moreover, effective design results in economic advantages over traditional solutions.
